The Birth of Pinkie Pete – The journey from diagnosis to surgery. This blog will tell the story of my journey from diagnosis to deciding what surgery to have. I felt it essential to explain the reasons behind my choices. Why I decided on the surgery I did and a little bit about the journey.

This is the story of my 2019, it’s a bit of a different one involving major,(sort of) life changing surgery. I now have a stoma, which is by no means as scary as it sounds – but it’s sure been a rollercoaster of a year!
